Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how R HUB Technology Company Limited ("R HUB", "we") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you visit rhub.vn, reach out for a consultation, or when your business uses an R HUB product. This Policy is built to comply with Vietnamese law on personal data protection, including Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the personal data of rhub.vn visitors, people who submit information through a contact form or popup, and, at a general level, lead data processed within the Lead Data Platform that R HUB operates on behalf of business customers. For lead data, R HUB acts as a data processor under the authorization of the business customer (the data controller) - the specific privacy policy that applies to end users in each case is published by that business customer.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you actively provide through the contact form, the "Book a free consultation" popup, email, or phone: full name, phone number, email, company/organization name, area of interest, and your message. Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, time of visit, via website analytics tools. For business customers using the Lead Data Platform: lead data (name, phone number, ad source, interaction behavior) is collected and processed under that customer's own authorization and configuration - not data R HUB collects from end users on its own initiative.

3. Purpose and scope of use

We use personal data to: respond to consultation requests and follow up by phone/email/Zalo; build, operate, maintain, and improve products and services under contracts signed with business customers; measure and analyze website performance to improve user experience; and comply with legal obligations when requested by a competent state authority in accordance with the law.

4. Legal basis and consent

R HUB's processing of personal data is based on your consent when you actively submit information through the contact form or consultation popup, or on the performance of a contract signed with a business customer. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 13 below; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Sharing and disclosure of data

R HUB does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared in these cases: with technical infrastructure providers (server hosting, email services) necessary to operate the website and products; with advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, Zalo, TikTok, etc.) as anonymized/hashed conversion signals, per the configuration and authorization of the business customer using the Lead Data Platform, for ad optimization purposes; or when required by law to be provided to a competent state authority.

6. Cookies and tracking technology

The rhub.vn website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure content performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some website features may not work fully with cookies disabled.

7. Cross-border data transfer

Where R HUB uses server hosting or advertising platform infrastructure located outside Vietnam, any resulting data transfer is carried out in accordance with Vietnamese law on cross-border transfer of personal data, including Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP.

8. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and provide ongoing customer care, unless you request earlier deletion. Lead data in the Lead Data Platform is retained per the period agreed in the contract with the business customer who owns that data. Data may be retained longer if required by law.

9. Security measures

R HUB applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction, including: encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control, and limiting the number of staff who can access sensitive data. No system is completely secure; if an incident affecting personal data is discovered, R HUB will notify the relevant parties as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under Vietnamese law on personal data protection (Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP), you have the right to: know how your personal data is processed; give or withdraw consent; access, correct, or supplement your personal data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and complain, report, or pursue legal action as provided by law if your rights are violated. 11. Children and minors

R HUB's website and products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we discover that a child's data was provided without valid parental or guardian consent, R HUB will delete that data once notified.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in R HUB's operations or the law. The latest version is always published at rhub.vn/chinh-sach/; material changes will be communicated appropriately on the website.
