Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you access rhub.vn or use any product or service of R HUB Technology Company Limited ("R HUB", "we", "the service provider"). By accessing the website or using any R HUB product or service, you ("customer", "user") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to everything below.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the technology products R HUB builds or operates, including but not limited to the Lead Data Platform, CRM, mobile apps, websites, automation & integration, custom software, and Digital Marketing Agency services. "Customer" means the organization or individual who signs a contract or accepts a quote with R HUB to use the Service. "End user" means an individual who uses a product R HUB built for a Customer (for example, a homebuyer using a developer's CRM system).

2. Scope of service

R HUB provides technology solutions through a consult - design - implement model, tailored to each customer's actual operating process rather than a one-size-fits-all packaged product. The scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and cost of each project are set out specifically in the contract or quote between R HUB and the Customer - the content on this website is a general introduction only and does not replace a signed contract.

3. Quotes and implementation timeline

Quotes provided by R HUB have a validity period stated in the quote itself and may change based on the actual scope of work that arises during implementation. Project timelines depend on the Customer providing complete, timely information, accounts, data, and feedback; delays on the Customer's side may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

4. Customer responsibilities

The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete information when contacting or using the Service; to be responsible for the legality of any data, content, accounts, and digital assets provided to R HUB during implementation; to keep login credentials, API keys, or access rights handed over by R HUB secure; and to use the Service for its intended purpose only, not to violate the law or infringe on third-party rights.

5. R HUB's commitments

R HUB commits to implementing the Service according to the scope, quality, and timeline agreed in the contract; to communicate transparently when issues arise that affect timeline or scope; and to keep Customer information and data confidential during the engagement, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment

Payment method, schedule, and terms are specified in the contract or quote of each project (typically staged: deposit - partial acceptance - handover). Late payment against the agreed schedule may result in a pause in implementation until the payment obligation is fully met.

7. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, interface, internal source code, and content displayed on rhub.vn belong to R HUB. For deliverables handed over to the Customer (project source code, interface design, technical documentation), ownership and scope of use are specified in each project's contract; unless otherwise agreed, R HUB may use a completed project as a case study, without disclosing the Customer's confidential information.

8. Confidentiality

R HUB processes Customer personal and business data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at rhub.vn/chinh-sach/, complying with Vietnamese law on personal data protection, including Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP.

9. Warranty and post-launch support

The warranty period, the scope of bugs fixed free of charge, and any post-warranty support or maintenance fees (if applicable) are specified in each project's contract. R HUB fixes bugs originating from code R HUB built; requirement changes or new features outside the original contract scope are treated as additional work and billed separately.

10. Limitation of liability

R HUB works to keep the Service stable but does not guarantee the website or systems will run without any interruption, be free of bugs, or be unaffected by factors beyond reasonable control (third-party infrastructure incidents, cyberattacks, natural disasters, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, R HUB's liability for damages (if any) will not exceed the contract value related to the Service where the incident occurred; specific legal liability is detailed further in the corresponding service contract.

11. Suspension and termination of service

R HUB may suspend the Service if the Customer breaches payment obligations or uses the Service unlawfully, after providing notice and a reasonable period to remedy the issue. Conditions for early contract termination and any refunds (if applicable) are specified in each project's contract.

12. Force majeure

R HUB is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, sudden changes in law or policy, or large-scale telecommunications/internet infrastructure failures.

13. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from use of the website or Service will first be resolved by R HUB and the relevant party through negotiation and conciliation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent authority under Vietnamese law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are established and governed by the current law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

15. Changes to these Terms

R HUB may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or the law. The latest version is always posted on this page; continuing to use the website or Service after an update means you accept that change.
