Privacy Policy - iOS App

R HUB respects your privacy. This Policy applies specifically to R HUB's iOS mobile app, describing the data the app collects, how it's used, where it's stored, and how we protect it - in line with Apple App Store's transparency requirements.

1. Data the app collects

Depending on the features you use, the app may collect: account information at sign-up/sign-in (full name, email, phone number); content you create while using the app (e.g., customer data, leads, transactions entered into the system); app usage data (actions taken, features used, visit frequency) to improve the experience; and technical diagnostic data (error logs, performance, device version) to detect and fix issues.

2. Purpose of use

Collected data is used to: authenticate and identify your account; run the features you request (data sync, notifications, reports); provide customer support when you reach out; improve app quality and performance; and send notifications directly related to the service you're using.

3. Where data is stored

Most business data (accounts, customer data, transactions) is stored on R HUB's servers or an infrastructure provider authorized by R HUB, with encryption and access controls in place. Some temporary data (unsent drafts, display preferences, cache for faster loading) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the server unless you actively sync it.

4. Device permissions

The app only requests device permissions (e.g., camera, photo library, contacts, push notifications) needed for the specific feature you actively use, and always shows the operating system's permission prompt before accessing it. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings; some features may not work fully if the corresponding permission is denied.

5. Third-party services

The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., push notification platforms, analytics tools, payment gateways) to deliver full functionality. These third parties process data under their own privacy policies; R HUB selects partners with appropriate security standards but is not responsible for third-party policies or practices outside R HUB's control.

6. Tracking

The app complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency policy. R HUB does not track your activity across other third-party apps and websites unless you grant tracking permission when prompted by the operating system.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your account data, including deleting your account and all related data, by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time under applicable law.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated when the app adds new features or when Apple's requirements or the law change. The latest version is always published at rhub.vn/privacy-ios/; material changes will be communicated via the app or your registered email.
